Terms and Conditions

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
 
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Any problems with the goods must be reported to the Peggy and Finn team within 5 days of receipt.

Please do not return goods until receiving confirmation from Peggy and Finn.

Goods sent back without agreement from Peggy and Finn will not be credited against your account.

Should Peggy and Finn agree with fault validity, you must provide photographic evidence and a credit note will be provided.

We will only accept overseas orders from Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA.  This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.

• Secure Details: Internet Ordering and Security is of utmost concern to us.  We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone - at all!!
• Credit Card Transactions: All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available.  Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is completely 100% secure so you can order with confidence.
• Multiple Payment Methods: If for any reason you do not feel safe entering your credit card information on our site, please feel free to fax, mail or post your order to us.
• Secure Account: We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a customer by opening an account.
• Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Peggy and Finn.
• Peggy and Finn does not hold any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products.

Once Peggy and Finn has confirmed an order, a legally binding agreement has been formed and cancellations are not possible.

The purchaser will sell the goods provided by Peggy and Finn in their entire packaging including all existing labels and will not tamper, change or re-label any of the goods without prior written permission.

The purchaser will not wholesale any goods purchased through Peggy and Finn.

You are only authorised to sell through the retail store / website that was agreed upon by Peggy and Finn at your initial application as a stockist.

Additional stores must receive a separate approval before the products are to be sold at a different address / website.

Retail stores with an online store must inform Peggy and Finn before selling online.

Peggy and Finn does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without prior written permission.

As our wooden products are handmade in Torquay, Australia from Australian Recycled Timber and due to the natural nature of our products there may be some inconsistencies and variation between batches.

The buyer accepts this when the order is placed and will not be considered as a fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

Peggy and Finn are willing to discuss exclusivity arrangements with wholesalers depending on order frequency and unit numbers.

The purchaser must initiate discussions regarding Peggy and Finn exclusivity arrangements.

Pricing provided in wholesale website are in AUD. Peggy and Finn reserves the right to alter pricing at anytime, excluding items previously invoiced.

All of our products come with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and shall not be sold below this unless a “SALE” is clearly stated.

There is no set mimimum order wholesalers must adhere to although we do reccomend the following minimums:

• Minimum order is 3 Pieces of any product.
• An order value of $500
