We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Any problems with the goods must be reported to the Peggy and Finn team within 5 days of receipt.
Please do not return goods until receiving confirmation from Peggy and Finn.
Goods sent back without agreement from Peggy and Finn will not be credited against your account.
Should Peggy and Finn agree with fault validity, you must provide photographic evidence and a credit note will be provided.
